A stainless steel dog tag complete with black rubber silencer and 26 inch chain.

These dog tags are laser engraved with your information on the reverse and feature the internationally recognised medical symbol on the front. The text "MEDICAL DATA" is also engraved on the tag below the medical symbol.

We can engrave up to 5 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local engraver complete the details for you.

Stan TReally better than excellent it is spot on for functionality. I have purchased the very fine Endless Chain and will modify this Pendant by enlarging the Hole to accommodate the passage of the Chain Loop. This will allow one side of the Chain Loop to be passed over the Pendant and then tightened snuggly by pulling the opposite side of the Loop to trap the Pendant in a fixed position on the Chain.

Iain BCould be doing with more letters on a line. The chain is also pretty crappy quality metal so I would invest in a stainless steel or similar item. Apart from that the tag itself is excellent and is the second one I have bought purely because my details have changed.

Les OProduct is good for the purpose it serves (a necklace ID band for Ambulance staff to know the drugs I take). It is reasonably well made. Just the rubber surround on the ID disc could be better affixed to the disc - as it can come off if knocked while wearing it.

I feel more confident when I walk me two dogs every day; knowing that, if I need emergency help, the medics will know my medical history and it will enable them to act quicker! Nick BI was surprised when opening the packet at how thin and flimsy this dog tag turned out to be. The "Medical Data" side is not deeply engraved and is not readily visible from only a few metres away. I had the reverse side engraved with my prescribed drugs and this has been done as I wished and looks darker and more easily visible than the obverse. I would not recommend this product; there are other variations of the obverse design available and I would pick a more deeply engraved one that is visible from further away.

Nichole R I specifically ordered dogtags because on a recent collapse at hospital some measures were taken which are contra-indicated for my medical conditions and unfortunately the actions of medical personnel made my medical situation far worse. I was advised by the doctors I should wear dogtags in addition to my medical alert bracelet. The plastic/rubber that goes around the tags is really comfortable and I completely forgot that im wearing them. I ordered 2 tags for one necklace because I have multiple medical issues. I’m not usually a necklace wearer but these are great, like I said - I forget I’m wearing them.

Emily APleased with ID necklace, very quick delivery. Only disappointment was the fact that it didn't automatically put (or suggest) U.K. International code.
