A fantastic medical ID pendant featuring a brushed rounded rectangle tag with the international medical symbol.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID pendants are made from stainless steel and are supplied with a 25" chain as standard (we can shorten the chain for you).

We can engrave up to 5 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID pendant and 4 lines (15 characters per line) on the front of the tag.

We can engrave the pendant with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local engraver complete the details for you.

NOTE: We can alter the chain to any length.

A really good looking pendant with a clear medical symbol. The chain works well with the dog tag style and doesn't look cheap. The amount of writing on this pendant is brilliant (3 lines was never going to be enough).

Better quality than I was expecting. Very good. Thin chain is not as weak as one shown in picture but decided to have it replaced by a continous chain as the wearer has difficulty with clasps. They fitted the continous chain for me & the item arrived ready to be worn. Thankyou

Pleased with the pendant. The service is excellent and it arrived within two dsys. The laser printing in red is very clear land it’s large enough for all relevant information. I do not like the chain. It’s very thin and the pendant continually spins round and bangs on my chest. Needs a ring to attach to the pendant to stop to spinning. If that doesn’t work I will buy a different chain.

This item is of excellent quality, not too heavy and the emblem, although small, is very noticeable. The engraving on the reverse is very neat and clear. Ordered on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday of same week. Looks good when being worn. Thank you for your excellent service.
