A simple yet stylish medical ID bracelet, featuring a rose gold coated stainless steel tag with an adjustable metal mesh strap. This bracelet has a magnetic fastening with a distinctive white snake and staff symbol on the front of the tag.

Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID bracelets are made from gold coated stainless steel and will fit wrist sizes from 5 to 9 inches (12.7 - 22.8cm).

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 6 lines of text (20 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag.
