A great way to provide paramedics and the emergency services with your vital personal and medical information.
How does it work?
If you are involved in an accident or a medical emergency, the emergency services can phone our dedicated call centre quoting your unique IceCall subscription number. Once their identity has been confirmed, our trained staff will be able to tell them who you are, what medical conditions you have, what medications you are on and any other information.
What do I get?
You get a 12 month membership to our IceCall service. We will send you a letter with an IceCall ID Card to carry with you and to explain how to manage your information. You also have unlimited emergency incident calls as part of your subscription.Our UK based call centre is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all calls are answered within 20 seconds (normally within 4 rings). The emergency services can call 0800 6920300 (UK) / +44 203 4113965 and quote your membership number.Please DO NOT call this number except in an emergency.
What do I need to do?
First add your Alert service to the cart and go to the cart page. Enter the details that you require on our site to set up your subscription.
To make the emergency services aware of your membership number and the phone number, you need to have the details engraved on a medical bracelet, necklace or dog tag. Choose an item from our range of jewelry and place in the cart. From the cart go to the engraving page and click on the highlighted name in the yellow box. You will then see listed your recorded medical details ready for engraving. You can change these engraving details if you wish. Check these details carefully and save.
Is it secure?
Your information with us is fully protected and stored on our secure servers. We never divulge your information to anyone.
Can I change my information?
Yes! As part of your membership we provide you with a dedicated website that you can visit to change your information at any time. Changes made to your information are updated every night so any changes you make will be available to the emergency services. Any changes you make will be available on your record within 1 working day.
How long does it take to setup?
Once you have placed your order we will have your information live and available if required in one working day. We will print out your membership card and dispatch aloing with any other items you have ordered generally within 2 working days.
