A fine chain, black coated stainless steel bracelet with small ID tag featuring a "hanging" medical symbol charm. This bracelet is ideal for the smaller wrist or when
finer jewelry is preferred.
Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and
are available in 5.5", 6", 6.5", 7", 7.5", 8", 8.5" and 8.75" (14 / 15.2 / 16.5 / 17.8 / 19 / 20.3 / 21.6cm/22cm).
Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID tag. We can engrave up to 2 lines of text (15 characters
per line) on the reverse of the ID tag and 2 line of text (15 characters) on the front of the ID tag.
We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local engraver complete the details for you.

Lorraine KI love this bracelet. I haven't worn any kind of alert because I didn't want to look down and see there was something wrong with me. But after a recent talk with my consultant I thought I would try again. Things have certainly moved on since I last looked at them. I chose this bracelet as it was slimline and looks like a piece of jewellery. I've had lots of positive comments. I had to have help to put it on as it was hard to fasten on my own but once on it's really comfortable and you forget it's there.
