A fantastic medical ID bracelet featuring a mixture of beads on a snake chain

Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID charm. We can engrave up to 4 lines of text (15 characters per line) on the reverse of the ID tag.

We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local engraver complete the details for you.

This bracelet will fit wrists from approx. 6.5 inches (16.5cm) depending on how loose you like to wear this style of bracelet. It includes a link chain so will fit wrists up to approx. 8 inches (20.5cm)

    A really nice bracelet, my wife really likes it. Her only small comment is that the engraved tag is relatively large and is fitted to the bracelet with a hook that's about 1cm long, meaning that the tag can sometimes flop around and get in the way. A slightly smaller tag, fitted closer to the bracelet, would be perfect.
