I was assisted on Monday, 27th Feb, on the phone by a very helpful,
personable member of staff in ordering an ID bracelet for my son. I was
told to expect delivery approx. Fri or Sat which would have been perfectly
acceptable. However, I was blown away when on Tues, 28 Feb, Rory's bracelet
arrived in the post. ONE DAY LATER!!! It would have been spectacular
service but, as it had to be specially engraved, it was nothing short of
astonishing. I didn't note the name of the man who helped me on the phone
but I imagine he was instrumental in the handling of the order. Thank you
to you all.
I would be very, very happy to write a testimonial if you tell me how (make
it easy, I'm pretty poor on the computer).
