Each Safety / Medical Wristband comes with 2 waterproof ID cards and additional packs of cards can be purchased. Each card enables you to record the vital information the emergency services may need. Each card has space for the following information:

We recommend that you use an ultra-fine tipped permanent pen to record your details onto the card. You can purchase suitable pens (black or red) from ourselves or from many other stationary retailers. If you do buy a pen from elsewhere, please ensure that it is ultra-fine tipped (the cards are quite small) and that it is permanent to ensure that it does not fade over time or during activities such as swimming.
