At The ID Band Company we do everything we can to ensure that you get your order as quickly as possible. 98% of orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days. We will do everything possible to get your order out and on the way within this timescale. Once your order leaves us, our courier company will get it to you in 1-2 working days.

We show you the estimated dispatch time for all of our items on the detail page for the item. If you are unsure when your order will be ready for dispatch please contact us and we will let you know how soon we can dispatch your order.

How is my order sent?

We currently use AirMail international postal services to get your order to you. You will receive an automatic email when your order is scanned out from here. This means that your order has been processed, packed and shipped. It is on the way and you should normally receive it in around 5-15 working days (although often less) from the moment you receive the dispatch email.

If you want your order to arrive faster than this, you can choose to use an Express International Priority Service from our courier company to deliver your order. Your order will normally arrive 1-2 workings days after it has been dispatched. As most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, your order should be with you in 1-4 working days!

Please note, for ALL countries outside the European Union, we do not include UK VAT in the price you are paying as you do not need to pay this tax. You may incur additional charges for country specific taxes and customs charges when your order arrives in your country.
