I would like to congratulate the company on the processing of my recent order. A day or so after ordering I changed my mind on the type of product and sent an email saying so. I was phoned immediately to confirm the changes. I was stunned and extemely impressed to find that the item was delivered the next day with correct engraving. An added bonus was that the monetary difference between the first product and the second was immediately accredited to my bank balance. Superb and extremely efficient customer service. Well done!
