the items along with the original packaging within 7 days for a full, no quibble, refund. Note, this does not apply to engraved
items or to printed Medical ID Cards.

Shipping Details
Where possible all items are dispatched the same working day the order is received. Depending on the time you order and the options you choose i.e. engraving,
some items may take longer to send but we will always work to get your order dispatched as soon as we possibly can.
If we are unable to send your item the same working day then, in all but exceptional cases, we will have your order dispatched within 1-2 working days. If you need
something in a hurry, or you just want to check when we will be able to dispatch your order, please call / email us and we will let you know exactly how long your order will take.
