I placed my order on Saturday (when you're closed) and my package was delivered early Tuesday afternoon. It is imperative to mention that all three bracelets had to be personalized and I live in the US (Catskill Mountains of New York)! I've had to wait longer and paid higher shipping fees for packages sent from other states within the US. Once I was able to recover from the shock of how quickly I received my order I was even further impressed with the quality of all of the items I ordered. Hello, this arrived safely and Bela (6) absolutely loves both the red sparkly bracelet (for parties and special occasions) and the pink band for day-to-day wear. I think the rubber 'bands' are especially great for kids - easy and light to wear, pool- and playground- proof - and stylish! Bela (part-time spy) loves that she has 'secret information' to keep her safe, and has been showing it off to everyone. Its nice when there is a good side to having diabetes. I placed my order for a Sports ID Wristband at 11am on the 12th Jan 2012 and it arrived at 9:30am on the 13th Jan 2012, less than 24hrs that is good service. I am 65 and had a heart attack and a triple by-pass a couple of years ago. As I cycle on my own, the Sports ID Wristband is ideal. My wife also thinks that is a good idea.
