A highly attractive bracelet featuring stainless steel links and a heart shaped engraveable charm. The chain fastens to the heart charm with a lobster clasp.
Provided with a free presentation / gift box, these ID bracelets are made from stainless steel and will fit wrists between 6" and 8" (15cm to 20.5cm). Note, we can make these smaller by request. Please contact us if you would like a smaller size.
Each bracelet includes an engraveable medical ID charm. We can engrave up to 4 lines of text (12/14/16/12 characters) on the reverse of the ID tag.
We can engrave the tag with your details or you can purchase without engraving and have your local engraver complete the details for you.
